1 Star I’ve been a customer of Popular Smoke & Vape for over 4 years and have spent a lot of money here over that time. Today I purchased a disposable vape that was defective and tasted burnt right out of the package. Because I was at work, I couldn’t immediately come back to the store. As soon as I got off work, I returned and explained the situation. Instead of trying to help, offer an exchange, or even show any concern, I was simply told there was nothing they could do. I understand stores have policies, but when a product is defective from the start and a long-time customer comes back the same day looking for help, you’d expect at least some level of customer service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. After spending years supporting this business, it’s disappointing to find out that customer loyalty means nothing when there’s a problem. If you buy a defective product here, don’t expect them to stand behind it. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The lady working there right now was very rude and very unhelpful to me and told me that she had a lot of ppl and didn’t think nothing she had would help me and would not even listen to me explain nothing! I was only simply trying to find a glass tank that would fit a geek vape of mine! She didn’t have mine in stock but I knew that I could’ve made one work but nahh she totally disrespected me an I was in there first before anyone else arrived into the shop!! I would not recommend going here at least while she’s on shift!. Very crappy person skills!

Stop by here for the first time last Friday and I was very impressed by the selection of products they offer and the price is very reasonable, the only problem I have is one of the two geek bar pulse don’t even work, I took it out of the box this morning and it wouldn’t even come on tried to charge it and still nothing, so I’m not sure what to do because the one is completely useless to me. Besides that, I’m going to start buying my geek bars from this place.

Good brands, good service. Pricing could be better, go down the street to seven star smoke shop same brands and about $3-$10+ cheaper then the same products here. It’s a .3mile drive from this shop.

Everyone that works there is so nice, plenty of selection :)
