I came in on July 16th to buy vape. As an inexperienced user I was trying to find best deals and great vapes. The young tall slim was on a call and was talking very loudly and not really that helpful. I bought 2 vapes on his deal and left. He stayed on his call the whole time and never explained i had to check them before exiting store. So this morning I open my 2nd vape and it doesn't work. I got to the store to exchange and Crystal who is working explained the policy but after talking decided to help correct the problem and explained policy to me.. she was absolutelywonderful and I couldn't have done this without her. She took the time to show me how the vapes work and and which ones were best fitted to my needs. I will definitely come back while she's there. Some of us are new ro this and need more than someone to ring us up. I appreciate her help so much today.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at Smokers Outlet in New Albany! Crystal helped me out and she is amazing — she knows the entire store, all the prices, and has actually tried the products herself. That made a huge difference because she could tell me exactly what to expect flavor-wise and quality-wise, which you just don’t get at most other shops. The atmosphere was really welcoming, even the other customers were friendly while I was there. Prices are fair, and with Crystal’s knowledge and great recommendations, I found exactly what I needed and I love it. Definitely my new go-to spot!

Great prices on pre rolls, even stayed open a few minutes past closing when I called and said I was on the way!!

Alex is definitely the man to go to when it comes to needing knowledge or recommendations on what to try in The vape shop.. he was very kind and patient even though I was asking 101 questions he was never once rude and he made sure that I left out of there with the smile on my face!!!! I will definitely be back sooner than later and I'm going to send some of my friends up there also because they huge variety of products at a reasonable price... You should definitely go check it out for yourself! 10/10
