They are outrageously overpriced and have a serious restocking issue. That was months/a year ago, before the shortage. I haven't been back since, but I saw they somehow have a 4.5 on here. Very undeserved. (This is a personal gripe but, the store is also ugly. The wooden shelving makes it difficult to see the products properly. Felt like I was in a smoke library rather than a store. They also had sticky note esq labels on everything. It just wasn't a pleasant experience for the prices they're charging.)

Great store! Very friendly ! Very knowledgeable on their products and They have everything you need! Best Smoke Shop in Plainfield !

Love Kai! Very very helpful, went in one day when he wasn’t there and there was a skinny guy who told me a straight out lie about Kai! If he’s jealous of his other coworker he really shouldn’t be working there. Only reason I gave a 5 star was for Kai, not the other guy

Always feel so welcomed in here. They always remember me and the strain/brand i like as soon as i walk in. I did happen to have a bad experience with something i had purchased that i had never tried before. I happened to mention it when i went in the next time and they gave me different recommendations and a discount on my next purchase.

I went there earlier today and the gentleman who helped me was very professional and helped me find what I was looking for. He even gave me a small discount for being a new customer. Highly recommend coming here. They also had a great selection with good prices.
