No refund, defective vapes with bad batteries, terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time, there are much better smoke shops in the area

Be careful. Their disposable vapes are very old AND they don't back up what they sell. I was told that once I walk out of the store they will NOT replace any items that don't work. I bought two disposable vapes. I was told they were rechargeable. I was lied to because they absolutely are not. These were supposed to be 2000 puffs. I opened one up to use. The flavor was good, but it only lasted three days and again, I was told that it was rechargeable but it was not. 2000 puffs is a lot and I'm not a heavy vape user. There's absolutely no way that I used 2000 puffs. The truth is that the product sat on the shelf so long that the battery lost its charge. Of course they WILL NOT stand behind anything they sell. Bottom line, never ever again and my suggestion is that you don't get caught up in their poor service (I think I disturbed his show) and faulty products that they refuse to back up, with or without a sales receipt. Avoid them like the plague.

I bought a grape posh plus and upon opening and tasting, it was burnt and/or old/expired. I went back in five minutes and they refused to exchange or replace. Not good customer service. Won't go back.
