I love this place. Drive thru for fast service excellent selection for every type of smoker good prices long hours and the staff is so helpful and friendly always with a smile and friendly greetings knowledgeable of their sale items and always willing to help you with any questions as well as suggestions and although there may be a couple items on the pricier side, for the most part their prices are compatible with other surrounding stores But many more items to choose from

Very nasty customer service! Was politely asking if she was busy on Christmas Eve (12/24/2023) at the moment, when said she said yes, I'd said I'd wait. And asked if she could be kind and see if the business next door was open as we couldn't reach them on the phone. We got told "I'm sorry you're just gonna have to come up here yourself, it's not my job!"

The lady was so rude, and it isn't the first time it's happened. I understand that people have bad days but this lady is just plain nasty every time I go in there. Also,Prices are too high for a "discount" store

Friendly and impressive variety

Was there early Friday evening..😡😡😡 I don't know why I didn't walk out!! No one talks to me the way she did & I've NEVER even been in there before?? Then we realized she was very sick...Took just as long to get my change as to make a purchase.. Coughing & hacking 🤨🤨WTF ?? No excuse..
