Don't buy shit from this place. Sold me a garbage battery for $22 that did not work. I went back in less than an hour and they did an exchange for another that also did not work. When I called again, about 40 minutes after that they said "tough shit".

Way overpriced! Two of my friends went in today, but one didn’t have an ID so she had to leave the store not being able to even say what she wanted & had to come back out to the car. She told me that she doesn’t think our other friend inside the store understands she wants a Vape, not edibles so I grabbed my ID & went inside, but unfortunately she had already purchased the wrong item. The employee was just handing her the receipt when I walked in & told her that’s not the correct item, she bought the wrong thing & was supposed to purchase a Vape so the employee started showing us the vapes. The employee knew the wrong item was purchased, never asked if we wanted to return it or thought to mention the return policy. I got in my vehicle & started to drive away is when I found out the small pack of Delta 8 edibles with only 5 edibles inside was $25.00. I turned around & went back to the store with the receipt & unopened package of edibles to return it, after waiting several minutes for the employee to finish her personal conversation with someone else she looks at me and says “I can’t take those back once you leave the store”. I asked why she didn’t think to mention that or say anything before I left the store since she told the wrong item was purchased since our other friend couldn’t even be in the store because she forgot her ID and had to leave before even saying what she wanted. Definitely not good customer service, this was my first time in this shop that’s 2 minutes from my house and will definitely be my last time, will NEVER go back again and gladly drive to north Portage not only since it’s cheaper, but the employees are very nice & knowledgeable.

Nice store. Good selection. Seems a bit pricey but close to me so it's quick and I don't use up gas. Staff always helpful.

Decent little smoke shop but prices are ridiculous. 219 smoke shop has everything and more for literally half of the price in this store. Even the detox or fake pee prices are crazy. Only $20 at 219 Smoke. Only takes 19 minutes to get to Hammond and only $8 in gas.. think about your money!!!!! convenient If you’re in a hurry. But if you plan on spending some money then 219 is the shop to go. Tony Will definitely take care of you… no shade throwing just facts. I like saving money.

For all your smoking needs... Kinda. They have a limited stock in grinders for some reason. Some stuff they have an over abundance in. Like cigars. But if you were looking for a specific or a variety of water pipe or method to smoke then this isn't the place for you. Additionally the staff is great and they try to help as much as they can.
