I’ve shopped this location a few times now, and I’ve had great experiences each time. They are VERY knowledgeable, friendly, and always have what I need. The only suggestion I have would be addressing the noticeable dog odor inside the store..fixing that would make the environment match the quality of service.

People were really nice and let us try a bunch of flavors without making us feel forced to buy something. They also had a ton of flavors to try. Games on the table and a board to sign your name on. He gave us some good deals. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Westfield area.

Great company to get juice/disposables from. Good prices/variety and excellent customer service. Indy E Cigs has always treated us well. Couldn't ask for anything more from a wholesaler. They also recently introduced a loyalty program that allows you to save even more money! Highly recommend.

One of the best vape stores around. Very enjoyable staff and they offer a huge selection of product. They are always willing to help with any questions you have. My go-to spot for anything smoking related. Only thing I wish is that they were open on Sundays as well, but I understand everyone needs a day off. Keep up the good work gentlemen!

Kyle at Indy E-cigs was very polite and knowledgeable. I had a few questions that I feel like most would just “brush off.” He was able to answer all of my questions, as well as recommend a few products that I will be purchasing in the future. Store is very clean with more products than you could wish for. I highly recommended this location
