It's easy to adore the ankeny smoke and vape shop. The employees provide a chill, welcoming environment. They take the time to get to know all the patrons. Everything I could need is right there, plus there's great rewards program so I am often going in just for a free drink and quick hello. The staff is delightful , Bailey , McGuire, and Jokow to name a few . Thank you to all of you.

So much in this little shop! Take the extra few minutes to rummage through the glass room in the back because the amount you will find is awesome. Everything from new law enforced sections too and array of cigarettes. Pulled in to get a C cell battery and found a treasure.

I have been a regular customer of this store and the one on oralabor for 3 years. I want to say first off, the employees are wonderful. Super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. This review was left with 1 star in hopes to get managements attention. I would be willing to change it, once management remedied the concerns stated below. This one recently got bought out, but managed to ditch the rewards points system. While it was marginal discounts, it was nice . Also they no longer have the boss club for Marlboro Changed to 4 star because they’ve got the rewards tablets back, will be 5 when they are functioning again

Prices are amazing, and the people behind the counter make it great. I love Bird, McGire Bailey, Julie, and everyone else I’ve met over the years. These people are amazing and deserve all the support and high fives when ya see them ❤️

I've been stopping in here for awhile now. I do have to say they are getting MUCH better. However in the beginning I chose to not leave a review at all as my experience was pretty horrible. HOWEVER: Things seem to be improving slowly. The employees are starting to be more knowledgeable and helpful. Just 1 big warning though. Don't buy anything unless you're 100% sure it's EXACTLY RIGHT! Because even if the employee sells you a lighter and the butane to go with it and the butane doesn't work with the lighter. They WILL NOT refund, exchange, not even discount the second can of butane. Doesn't matter if you didn't use it because it didn't work with the lighter or not.
