Tina, Teri, Nicole, & Adia have been fantastic help to me since my first stop in the store 3 or 4 years ago. Their product knowledge has blown me away more times than I could count. They have helped me to understand CBD & THC so that I know what I'm buying and keep safe. (They also let me know when there's a cool special going on) They all rock & so does CIV Plus!!

This is by far my favorite CIV store. Teri and Tina are always there when I come in, and they are the absolute best. They are very good at what they do, and I always leave with a smile on my face. The store is never messy or unorganized. All around a great experience!

Absolutely a five-star experience every time I visit this vape shop. The store is always clean, organized, and stocked with an impressive selection of liquid and accessories. The staff is incredibly nice and genuinely helpful, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. They take the time to answer questions without rushing you, which I really appreciate. Every recommendation they’ve made for me has been spot-on. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, even for someone who’s newer to vaping. The prices are fair, and they often have great deals that make stopping by even better. What truly sets this shop apart, though, is the manager. The manager, Teri, is exceptionally knowledgeable, unbelievably friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves happy. You can tell the whole place runs smoothly because of her leadership and passion for great service.

I like central Iowa Kind of. But went to the West Des Moines location. My dog has always been welcome. She was quickly told she’s not welcome here. After that. I spent 50 dollars on items and asked if I could use the restroom before I make the 30 minute drive home. I was told I couldn’t use the restroom. There are way better spots to get vapes. I won’t be returning

Whether I need to browse and ask detailed questions or I’m in a hurry and need to get in and out quickly, they deliver every time—efficiently, respectfully, and with a smile. I also want to highlight how welcoming they are to my son—something that means the world to me.
