Just left the store long-haired blonde guy that works there white Caucasian guy super disrespectful to me and a friend of mine. We come in there all the time. We spend lots of money at this store! But for the disrespect, and for the opinions that we didn’t even ask for from some guy that works there. I thought I could just come into the store ask for what I wanted purchase it and leave maybe with that thanks come again glad to see you came in today. None of that every time we come in there and this guy is working there’s always a situation and always an opinion that nobody asked for. what we buy shouldn’t be an issue and we shouldn’t be ashamed of what we buy. The guy should definitely not be working doing customer service and ringing people up! He’s no better than anybody else! Did not need to see my friend Disrespected the way he was tonight. But it’s like this with this guy all the time I don’t understand hell nobody’s ever not once decided to come on here and say something about him yet Well, tonight was a night something needs to be done.

I would not even give this store one star the store has poor staff poor customer service and treats people like crap especially if you have a disability and don't care if they are in the wrong and overcharge prices for everything. Also threats to call the police on you instead of working out the problem at hand. The store on SE 14th Street in Des Moines Iowa needs to be shut down the 5 stars are a complete lie. Even though I brought items not even a full week and realized the product was faulty they still would not make it right with my spouse and I and we even had a receipt to prove it and they called us a liar. Found out from another store this store totally over charged us on a torch lighter by $20. I honestly would not recommend this store and none of anyone I know is going back and they are spreading the word too and my family and I will never be back either. This store sucks go if you want poor customer service and overcharged on everything

I was in line behind an older gentleman about a week ago and he spoke a different language from the young lady, Brooklyn, who was working at the counter. Some people are so rude and unwilling to even try to understand, but Brooklyn was very patient and asked what language he spoke so she could use the translator on her phone to assist the gentleman. It turned out one of her coworkers spoke the language so he ended up being able to help. The next time I went in and Brooklyn was working I told her I was very happy to see how she handled it, I wish more people were like her!!
