Hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had recently. I purchased a vape yesterday but didn’t open or try it in the store. I came back the following day hoping they would be able to exchange it, and it wasn’t an issue at all. They quickly replaced my vape pod, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the process completely hassle-free. I’ll definitely be coming back. 10 stars in my opinion!

Location parking is not the greatest, staff is friendly and professional even in circumstances where most would not be(my previous review to them is evidence of them maintaining professionalism when I certainly failed to maintain mine). Prices could be better, but they do have a much larger selection than most other shops. My experience on this particular visit wasn’t the greatest, but the that is not at the fault of the staff or the business.

First time visiting. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll be back.

I've been shopping at the S.E 14th location off and on since it opened. Most of my interactions with the people who work there are positive but there is one person who works there that is always rude to me. His name is Robert J. I've had negative interactions with this person at route 69 while I was shopping. One time I came in and bought some vapes and he asked me if I was a secret agent then he started laughing. I let it go. Today I came in and he greeted me with hostility. I asked to see the bargain bin and he gave me a evil look like I was making his life difficult. He treated me with anger the entire time I was in the store. He's extremely rude and should not be working with customers.
