There's only 2 people there that gives good customer service the younger stocky guy, and the older woman who works at night. The older guy during the day shift is not friendly at all. If you're trying to save money, and use the discounts they offer they do what they can to make sure you don't get them. I found another place that does allow the customers to utilize the discounts so going there going forward. Just bad business it's not like they're out anything.

Good prices, large selection and the lady working was super friendly! We went on a weds about 2pm so not sure who other reviewers are referring to.

Shop here twice a month and spend over $200 each time. Everyone has always been extremely pleasant and I feel like we know each other personally. Today, 11/11/25, the employee was so rude, I’m considering shopping elsewhere. He was outside smoking when I pulled up, looked at me like I was interrupting his break and did not respond when I said hello. Once inside, he was abrupt and confused how to apply my lottery ticket to my cigarette purchase. He rang up my purchase and dismissed me with a hand wave to wait on the next person in line. Very rude & disturbing behavior for a customer service employee.

Very rude service and denying someone service is illegal if there of age and have proof of id and the person is that is paying for it is the only one that gets id

Employee very rude and gave the cold shoulder. He was made aware that some of their cigars have holes in them and he blatantly raised his voice and denied it. He also was very snarky when we made a mistake about the name of the brand. Will not do business here again.
