I had a very uncomfortable experience at this shop. The owner offered to give me a vape without requiring a purchase, then asked, “What can you give me in return?” After that, he grabbed my hand and walked around the counter to hug me without asking for my consent. I left feeling shocked and uncomfortable. I went there expecting a normal retail transaction, not to be put in a situation where I felt my personal boundaries weren’t being respected. I’m sharing this so others can make informed decisions. I hope the owner reflects on how interactions like this can make customers feel and that the business adopts more professional boundaries going forward.

So on Wednesday nights my friend went there to buy vape but their was 50 year guy he is a owner of that store and he tried to grab her without her permission which is totally unacceptable

Every time I've visited, I've been made to feel very welcome and enjoy talking with the staff. I love getting to peruse the shelves and see what i can find; it feels like such a comfy curio shop twisted together with a smoke shop. Legitimately rad place

Bought a $60 item and the suggested adapter (+$30) that they said worked well with it and it broke the next day just by pulling the adapter out (the same adapter that they suggested). The owner was in the store and refused to replace/repair or any other suggestions. He was only willing to give me $10 off of another item. Glass is cheap, not well made. Horrible customer service!!! I would never spent a cent there again!
