Awesome place friendly staff and the point system is awesome leading to some really great savings when you're short on funds.

Independence Vapor 100- I walked in with the coil that I needed in my hand. The girl took it and sold me a new box. I drive 20 miles home to open the box and it is completely wrong! I drive that 20 miles back to the store to be told that because I popped one out of the foil to compare, they would not swap or refund because it had been opened! I understand the open product policy. But how can any business tell you, I sold you the wrong thing, but there’s nothing I can do about it. This is a policy that is ridiculous, terrible customer service, and guaranteed to lose every customer that has to experience. It’s great to know, there are two other competitors that will gladly take all of Vapor 100’s as crewed over customers!! You get no stars! I had to give you one star just to send this post but they didn’t deserve it!!!

Very enthusiastic crew of people who were very happy to help and answer any and all questions. Bright smiles and, very friendly. Solid 10/10 5 stars. Price is absolutely rasonable for literally quality products it's actually insane.

Please check your bank statements with this vape shop!!! I was a frequent customer there. and every time I've went in the I' got the same thing every time (no more than $5 purchase)... So I decided to go check my bank statements and they had been triple charging my card since January and I reported it to them with bank statements in hand and still haven't heard anything... And I haven't stepped foot in there since I go check my bank statements today over 2 months from all this and I notice they have been double charging!! Go check your bank statements, they most likely had a skim in there

Not sure about all of these 1 star reviews on this place. The folks that work here have great customer service. The store is always clean and very well organized. Very simple to find what ya need. I prefer Vapor 100 over Indy Vapes. I’m ok with stores selling sex toys. But Indy Vapes makes it very prominent and very obvious they sell these items. Basically you walk into Indy Vapes and the “toys”are literally trying to smack you in the face. Had one almost knock me out when I first walked in. Anywho, to me customers would want a nice and bright, clean, and well organized store. With employees that have knowledge of every item they have in store. Versus walking into a dark, grungy, possible health code violation, and sex toy store that happens to sell vapes. Please people, choose Vapor 100 over the other guys. If they ask for your ID, don’t give em any heck. It’s simple. They’re making sure you’re of age!!! Duuuuuhh. Do you complain if the gas station worker cards you? Probably not! Again you’re “adults” so make your own decisions. Duces
