Owner Mike has built something special here, and the laid-back, welcoming energy hits you the moment you walk through the door. We happened to be there during the NBA Finals, and let me tell you, there is no better place to watch a big game than The Shop. The patrons were engaged, loud in the best way, and the kind of crowd that makes strangers feel like old friends by halftime. That’s the mark of a great host. The smoke selection doesn’t disappoint either. Whether you bring your own or pull something off their shelf, you’re covered. Good options, well kept, and the staff knows their product. This is the kind of lounge that reminds you why cigar culture is about more than just the smoke. It’s about the people and the moments. The Shop delivers on both every time. A must-visit when you’re in the KC area. Mike and the crew will take care of you.

Great cigar lounge. Cool atmosphere. Cool owner. Nice humidor full of options. I smoked one of their house habano cigars right down to the nub. 6 of us hung out there from about 4pm to 7pm on a Tuesday (it was also Cinco de Mayo). Not gonna lie, this place was a little off the beaten path for me (coming from Lee's Summit) but I'd gladly meet the fellas there again. Nuff said, right?

We just moved to the Strawberry Hill Neighborhood and have absolutely LOVED having such an amazing community space full of such kind people at The Shop. The space is clean, elevated yet comfortable, and the owner is such a kind and knowledgeable man! You can tell a lot of intention and thought was put into this space. Great selection of cigars and we love the live music they have on fridays and saturdays. Perfect spot for locals, people visiting from out of town, and anything in between. The Shop is definitely a must visit if you’re in the area!

Stopped in on a Saturday evening after Dinner for a Smoke. Great Selection of Cigars fantastic lounge Super nice and relaxing Environment. Good People! Even though I lost at Chess. Will definitely be back next time Im in K.C.

This place opened up 4 months ago and it's Kansas City, Kansas' first cigar lounge. It's located in the historic Strawberry Hill area. To clarify, this is on the Kansas side of Kansas City, not on the Missouri side. Super nice and we'll done on the decor. Lovely comfy lounge seating to sit back and smoke cigars. This is a BYOB lounge.
