The girl at the counter working today 6/28/2026 at 2:00pm has the WORST customer service experience EVER! She Must have more training or be let go. She has no clue as to what products she is sales for the store. Plus her attitude is a I dont care, im just here for a check personality. Fix your people

Drive a truck so I called first. Guy answers the phone and was like taking to a rude turnip. Talk about salesmanship... why have someone working there who is trying to steer people away by being unhelpful and rude. Guess I'll never go to this shop. Try asking a simple question and get "i don't know" and" there pills up there" . Be if that guy actually owned the do he would try to make sales so he could make a living and pay the bills. Sad! Like talking to someone who is anti- sales. That's the problem with people today. They care more about their phone than working their job

This store has THE worst customer service. Today I went in and the guy behind the counter didn't acknowledge me until I made it clear I needed something. I walked into the store, that should be sign enough. Instead of acknowledging me, he stood up, turned his back to me and started fiddling with stuff on the shelf. When I realized I wasn't a priority to the guy, I said "how's it going?" And the guy said good. That's it. "Good." Ignoring the rudeness and complete lack of customer service skills, I told the guy exactly what I needed, pointing to it. The guy still didn't even look to get direction, just asked "where is it?" I had to specify "over here" while still pointing. The complete lack of knowledge and customer service makes me skip this store to go to one further just to avoid the bull I have to endure at those store.

New employees are very rude and unprofessional. My boyfriend got kicked out for being on the phone with me while being in the car with our toddler. I used to really like this place but not so much anymore.

Absolutely the worst customer service in Wyandotte county. The managers will curse you out and threaten police over not being complicit and knowing how to do their jobs. Never shop this location.
