This smoke shop is owned and operated by the adjoining Cosmos Indian Cafe and marketplace. The store is often empty when you walk in, and staff can take a while to walk from the restaurant over to the smoke shop. The staff are not properly educated on the products and lack communication skills if you have questions. If you ask questions, they will act confused like you are giving them a hard time. The stock is very small and many of the items appear to have been on the shelf for months (if not years). It is normal for smoke shops to deny refunds or returns on their products, but when they are knowingly selling old products, this seems unethical. I would advise heading to nearby Vapor World or Hotbox for your vape/kratom/glass needs.

Whoever works here on weekends will lock the door, leave all indications they’re open, be out of sight somewhere in the back of the store. This is was the 3rd time of 3 attempts over the last 3 weeks where it was hours BEFORE their closing time, and the worker was no where to be seen. No, it was not break time... we waited for a long time for each 3 attempted visits. Whoever the owner is needs to access who they are employing.

They are never open at 7:30am it’s always like 10:00 or 10:30am don’t waist your gas coming to fusion that early it will always be locked, I suggest the store owner change their hours to the actual time they are open if you want business. Nobody will waist their time to come to a shop that is always closed. I also suggest if you go out for lunch put a sign up out for lunch and have the time you’d be back, there’s a reason why you get bad reviews and that’s because nobody is ever at the fusion shop to sell anything so your waisting peoples time and gas to drive to a shop that’s always locked and no one there. Maybe you should close the shop if you can’t run it.

5 stars! The smoke shop near my place is amazing! They have a wide selection of products, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

I’m honestly not sure how they expect you to buy anything when the store is literally always locked and unattended. And I don’t think it’s an issue of the shop just being closed because I’ll go during business hours and I’ll see everything inside fusions all lit up but then the employees in cosmos (the attached restaurant) just act confused when you tell them you need something from fusions. It’s the closest vape store to my job and I’ve tried numerous times over the past few weeks to get a vape here but haven’t even managed to get into fusions a single time let alone actually buy a vape.
