Vapor world is the worst managed shop I've ever encountered. Conner, the manager, doesn't care about the employees and never provides the stuff needed or support for the employees. They charge way too much for their stuff and have the worst products. NEVER GO TO VAPOR WORLD IN LAWRENCE KS. Boycott this store.

I shop here all the time and it has the best stuff. Sadly some items are broken and they won't replace it even if it can't be used. Corporate doesnt care about customers, although the employees that are they regularly care about customers. They understand our frustration. Although I feel 2 things need to be worked on the phones for one. I feel that they could implement the employees to check the items and make sure they work or make sure the employees ask if you want it checked. If they don't then replace with same price type item or in store credit. Also when things change like checking items or not i feel that it would be more beneficial for the customers to know the change as well visually and in what ever form works for the customer, like telling the customer if they need it. Please post changes for people that have hearing issues.

Fantastic customer service! I had plenty of questions about pod mods and the manager was able to deliver. I didn't catch his name but I'll be back to see what the rewards program is about and to get more supplies for my new mod. Also the website is helpful! They have some actual prices on the site as well as some of the variety they offer as far as pod mods anyway. The other shops in town didn't have nearly as easy a website to use and/or lacked what inventory they had or prices. Overall, nice location, clean store, great service and good prices. I know I could have ordered my mod and saved $10 but I'll pay that much at least for the service and support alone, aside from having a place or a guy so to speak that knows a thing or 2 about what they sell. Edit: Also the manager needs a raise lol. Keep that guy around and I'll definitely keep shopping here.

I love this place. The staff are all very accommodating, and super friendly. I like to spend hours in here when I have nothing else to do and the staff remember me and they are super amazing. They also have a really good selection on mods and tanks/rda's. They also have tons of e-juice to choose from. Megan, Scott, Hailey, and Tucker are all very full of personality and great fun to be around. All around a great place.
