I can spend as much time as I need while shopping, and they walk me through the complete payment process, that I always come out of here with the things that I need. New owners are horrible. They do not take your purchase points and when I asked them a month ago to please re-stock my coils for the pen I bought there less then a year ago they did not. Do not waste your $ there. Terrible experience.

First time vaping and they made it so easy. Walked me through the setup, gave tips, and even threw in a discount. Really appreciate the extra effort - will be back soon!
