The gentleman who helped me was so incredibly helpful and absolutely hilarious too, I spent a good 30 min explaining myself really for no good reason but he tolerated me and joked with me. Absolutely great customer service and support. Will be my go to spot from now on. I didn’t catch his name but I will remember his face and his personality and professionalism.

Out and about on a Sunday morning and forgot to grab new vape batteries for my mod. Hotel 30 mins away, stopped in for help, and help I got! The guy behind the counter went out of his way to sell me a freshly charged set of batteries for a reasonable price. I am grateful Looked at their products in stock. Have everything you’d need to make it through your day vapin!

I bought an e-cig Sunday at 3pm, the pen stopped charging by 10pm that same night. Brought back into the store at 10:30am to the same Store Manager that sold it to me, and was not able to get a replacement device. Been going to this store for 6 years because I live around the corner. They just lost, probably the most consistent customer they’ve had. Don’t spend the extra $30 on a new e-cig, find a new store.

So, I've bought a fifty bar at three places now, here at Vapor Maven, and at Hotsopt Tobacco, and from the manufacturer. THE ONLY FIFTY BAR THAT LASTED OVER 1,000 PUFFS WAS FROM THE MANUFACTURER! DO NOT BUY YOUR FIFTY BARS HERE! MINE LASTED 5 DAYS & 893 PUFFS! WHAT A RIP OFF! GET YOUR FIFTY BARS ONLINE FROM THE MANUFACTURER. IT'S ONLY A FEW MORE DOLLARS AND LASTS AT LEAST A MONTH! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

This is the second Fifty Bar I bought from this place. I've charged it 3 times which equals 300 puffs. At 250 puffs, the flavor started to dissipate, and it got hard to pull on. At 280 puffs, I started to get constant 'burnt hits'! I can not in good faith, keep using this device. I also will not be going back there ever, ever, ever, again. I will be getting my fifty bars from the manufacturer who by the way sells Fifty Bars that a comple different color than Vapor Maven does. I think that they are selling old & outdated Fifty Bars. Why else would I get a Fifty Bar would I get a Fifty Bar that is giving me 'burnt hits' at 280 puffs in unless it was an old device? I can't think of any other reason!
