Gentleman at the counter was very friendly, greeted me right when I walked in and took me straight to the product I was looking for, Ben Holladay BiB. Friendly, quick, priced well. In and out in 3 minutes.

Jay has been phenomenal and reminds me of what true customer service is actually about taking the time to ensure I’m good and got what they need
