they wouldn't accept my id because it's out of state, I moved here six months ago and have never heard that before. Didn't think it'd be a problem because I had my id scanned there in that same place once before I think the lady just didn't want to sell to me. Came off as judgemental.

I bought a rechargeable battery and was told that if it didn't work, that I could exchange it by the woman working. When I went back the next day with my sales receipt because it wasn't working, I was told by a different person that it couldn't be returned. I explained to him what I was told and took in on own charging piece to show it wasn't working. He refused to let me exchange my item and told me he didn't care what I was told. They are terrible at customer service. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

Went in to buy an ijoy SD 10000 today because I went in last week and got one and it was a great product, I paid the sticker price of $15.99. Today I was denied that price even though the stickers in front of the product state 15.99. There were no other products on the shelf except the ijoys so that sticker should be that price. The man in there said 29.99 and he would not give me the sticker price posted on it and was rude about the whole process. I'm done buying from this store
