The owners wonderful. The new employee's are very nice. They are cleaning up the smoke shop. They have change the store around, it's looking and smelling wonderful. I will say the new employee's are not tolerating disrespect, dishonesty. So if you go to the smoke shop on 37th Street please be respectful and mindful of the staff and each other.

They always have the brands I like and if they don't have it, they'll order it if possible!!! They even called me to let me know when their restock truck came and my order was in!!! I'd give more stars if I could. 10 stars!!!

Terrible customer service. Showed up with a valid form of ID, my United States Passport, and was told the only form of identification they accept is a Kansas drivers license. Never have I gone somewhere that my PASSPORT was turned down. The “manager” refused to give me a reason as to why my passport wasn’t accepted other than saying “I will refuse service to whoever I want, you don’t have a Kansas ID, I won’t take your passport, get an ID and come back.” Is this a new law that passports are no longer valid ID’s?

Cool. But if you want a cold soda, probably not going to get one from there. They unplug their coolers periodically. I asked the guy why this soda was hot? He said he had to plug that one and the other one on the end back in.
