I usually have good experiences, good employees. But I called ahead about a replacement piece. They said they can’t say but they will price match. Sweet, I come the piece was $40 over what the actually brand website was selling for. I showed him and he just kinda laughed it off, rang it up at the $40 over price and said yeah we don’t offer discounts especially that brand. I said it’s $40 cheaper with shipping and taxes on the product website. He said hey at least you get it now…. I paid it. I liked supporting this shop and promoting it but I won’t anymore. Why would you lie about price matching and process to charge $40 (with taxes it’s $50) don’t like it

Every time I go here, the guys are always helpful, very kind! Love the vape reward program, as well! Prices are good, they ID me every time, check to make sure if paying with card, it is your card and not someone else’s!

Every single person who works here, including Chess (the incredible manager), are so kind & wonderful. They will literally bend over backwards for you, if you’re not rude to them - & even then, I’ve seen each & every one of them put up with some of the worst behavior I’ve ever seen, without so much as an unprofessional tone. They’re all extremely knowledgeable about the products & will go out of their way to help you in any way they can. All of these negative reviews blow my mind because I’ve been coming here since they opened & have never once seen anyone working here acting in any kind of negative or unprofessional capacity. They’ve been so good to me. Topeka has a hard time keeping businesses, well, in business. I hope that doesn’t happen here because they belong here. Don’t decide on coming here based solely on these reviews. See for yourself.

The guys in here are so nice and amazing. They are helpful and do what they can to make sure you get what you want. The manager can be a lil rude, but the assistant manager is amazing, kind, friendly and so are the other workers. The sale the store had yesterday (4-20-26) was amazing and I would hope the do another sale similar yo this one again. Keep up the good work guys. Great team effort. 10/10

Josh, the assistant store manager, lacks the ability to effectively manage or serve customers. Denying a sale as a knee-jerk reaction simply because he grabbed the wrong product is both unreasonable and unprofessional. Refusing service based on his own misunderstanding reflects poorly on the business. It is unfortunate that a local shop would treat customers this way.
