Sold me a dead vape a couple days ago, just opened this morning to find out it was defective and they will not exchange. So I’m out 30 bucks thanks. I only spend a couple hundred a month there I know it’s not much, but I’m done with this shop. Any recommendations on better ones?

Bought a vape, and realized it didn’t work out the box when I got home. I called the store and they lied, telling me I could replace it. Upon getting back to the store I was flatly refused. It isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a bad vape here either. I should have learned my lesson before, but hopefully someone will head my warning. Emleys on broadway has the same products at the same price, and also has care for their customers.

These two fools are awesome man. Lol they gonna be like, why u call us fools. Lol they are affordable work with ya even if ya short a qrter or 50 cent. Awesome place man

They have all kinds of awesome stuff in here. The store is clean, it smells nice inside and its not cramped feeling a huge variety with adequate space

There’s many vape stores in Wichita but this is by far the worst. I very rarely see them ID anyone, and the overall customer service is and always has been lacking. I personally will go across town before I give this business my money. There’s a vape shop right down the road called Puffing Bear Smoke Shop, go there.
