I have been getting cigarettes regularly for well over a year now. 1 pack each time..the past few weeks I have noticed I have been charged 2 x every 3 visits the past few weeks. Today I go and he scans my pack TWO TIMES..I said sir you scanned it twice. He said I did? Then "removes" one off the total and I go on my way. Check my bank account, and SURE ENOUGH I WAS CHARGED FOR 2 PACKS! I go back up there and provide proof and he tries offering me another pack?! I asked when the owner or manager would be there this week...he said in the little English he vould speak he was the owner and manager and he isn't since there a multiple locations of this business.

I stopped in for menthol pipe tobacco. The gentleman working was kind & tried to be helpful however his English was pretty limited. He kept wanting a picture of what I wanted. I was shopping for a friend so I didn't have one. The store is in my neighborhood so I was glad to hear about them but due to our limited conversation abilities I doubt I'll be back however he did try to do his best.
