🚨🚨I came here on 6/4 and I got new lip jewelry from Savannah the piercing lady. She has a FB group called stabbed by SAV. I’ve been having my lip piercing over 20 years. I went there for a change of jewelry. She gave me jewelry that was to short. Mind you she stated that day that she doesn’t like to use the long jewelry because it’s ugly. I said I like safety, I’m not worried about ugly. I went back to them after my lip swole up and the stud disappeared in my flesh to see what we could do. After trying to remove the back and couldn’t, She said I will yank it out of your lip. When I wasn’t in agreement with that she became upset. I said how about you just give me a partial refund for the for one stud (I purchased 2 that day) that’s stuck and we can keep moving forward. I will figure out what we’re gonna do. She disagreed and asked me to leave. I went downstairs and spoke to the manager, which happened to be her boyfriend Bryce, and he started talking to me like I did something wrong he said to me well your piercings are old, exactly and I’ve never had a problem with them, so I shouldn’t be having one now and I’ve got photos to go with this. 1st pic Saturday when it’s stuck, pic 2 is actually two studs on Friday but one is so short that it is stuck inside of my lip. I will never do service here again. I would never spend my money here again. Customer service a zero when it comes to communication!

love the place. got my bomb erig here, a saber hot knife, an a couple grams of thca concentrate which an its fire. I think Bryce was the name of the guy who cashed me out. super friendly an hooked me up with a free hat that i was looking at. definitely tryin the thca bud next time. thank u!!

Best shop in Kansas by far. My boys in there are hella chill. Bryce always giving good vibes.

I've been a regular here for over a year excellent young men and very helpful products are top of the line or I wouldn't return here
