Great selection and good prices. Customer service across both times I went in was verrrrryyyy flat attitude-wise albeit quick so kinda evens out.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at this smoke shop. I bought a weed pen, got home, and realized it didn’t work at all. I took it back thinking they would exchange it or make it right, but instead they told me they couldn’t replace it because it was broken. The crazy part is that it was already like that when I bought it. Selling defective products and then refusing to help customers is terrible business. Save your money and shop somewhere that actually stands behind what they sell.

Great place with some excellent deals,the young lady who helped me was awesome, sorry I didn't get her name but you don't find customer service like that to offend anyone. If I lived here in Wichita this would be my go to smoke shop.

We have a phone number you can call but we can’t disclose our product nor the price? So if you live in a nearby city and have questions you gotta come drive all the way to our store to get an answer. It’s sucks because I like this shop but vapor 100 is right down the street and I don’t like driving 30 min to see if you have something you may or may not and why do the employees at green valley got a nasty attitude all the time like there working construction or something lmao. You literally sit in a smoke shop all day you can have a bit better attitude
