Dude actually made me go allll the way down the street to get cash cus I was short 16 cents… not even a big chain or anything, smoke shop down the street on the other hand has spotted me 3 dollars when I’ve been short in the past, there’s plenty of better smoke shops with better stuff and more personable staff, cus watching a grown man say he can’t just let 16 cents go is down right pathetic

I've gotten vapes here before, it's always been fine, today I stopped in and picked up a new one and got to my car and a couple stop lights away I opened it and...nothing. Thought maybe it needed charged, so when I got home I popped it on the charger and I saw it was lighting up fine, the juice drop was at 100, everything looked fine, so I stopped back to see if like, maybe there was a setting I was missing or something? Dude working there informed me I must have gotten a faulty device, but that once you leave the store they don't do any kind of refunds or exchanges, even for THEIR product being faulty, but assured me I could just buy a new one instead. A policy like that, you should tell people about BEFORE they leave, giving them a chance to actually find out if there is an issue, not when they're coming back. I won't be shopping here again - there are enough other places around town to get what you sell that will, at a minimum, inform you of policies to prevent stuff like this from being an issue. If I had been told, ok, cool, that's on me. But I wasn't.
