I understand the return policy however I had an issue that was obviously out of my control. Instead of listening to my concern the woman that answered the phone quickly reiterated the return policy and would not hear my concern. Completely unhelpful and disregarded any of my concerns.

Great 👍 staff off people. They've made me a regular, treat me like royalty. Offer great suggestions, greet me with a smile. Grace, Madi, Jace, Kera and the rest just roll out the red carpet for me. For me, it's Vapor 100 on North Rock Rd.

Called to check the pricing over the phone before heading that way and was informed it was policy to not disclose prices over the phone. Repeated it back to them to ensure I understood correctly. I also asked if prices could be found on their website and the answer was no. Not convenient and challenging to understand. Going elsewhere. I have never visited this business, but sought them out based off the reviews. Seems like once you get in there it’s great!

I am absolutely floored that I even have to write this review. These people are absolutely CLUELESS & they are LIARS. I can't stress LIARS enough. I purchased a vape with the refillable pods but when I returned to purchase more pods I was informed they don't carry them. So I asked which vapes do you have that you do carry the pods for. I was then sold another vape (cuz I was dumb & believed them🙄) & they swore I wouldn't have any problems buying the pods for it. I returned to purchase pods & NOPE. Once again they said they don't carry them. I did this 3 times with 3 new vapes & all 3 times they said & guaranteed they carried the pods. LIES ALL LIES. Like seriously are you freakin kidding me?!? It makes zero sense ZERO. I am shocked & appalled that this is even still a store. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR BS. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. ZERO STARS

Jenn and Christina take care of me EVERY time! I don’t feel rushed, all questions are answered professionally and in layman’s terms. You all have a new, loyal customer!
