Trash. Shopped here frequently. Not anymore. Brand new vape out of the box didn’t work, but because I stepped out side to test it and turned around to let them know it was broken, I was told too bad. I left the store. Never left the parking lot

I’m a long time shopper. I may not shop at this location but I do shop at vapor 100 daily sometimes twice a day and always spend at least a few hundred each week (I know I spend unnecessarily “a lot” lol) I’m saying this to say, I’m regular, and still felt like I was treated bottom of the barrel when I came in to this location. They could not help me with information I asked for and said “I don’t know 🤷‍♀️” when asking about products. Maybe hire employees that know about what they’re selling and get them some customer service training smh

Dont recommend, i have many points saved up but when i tried to use them the employees rudely dismissed me to a number on their counter, wouldnt even explain or fake nice about it they act like they work at waffle house smh

Created an email thru google just to leave a negative review not because of the stores but arrogant smoke shop employees lol must’ve taken JROTC seriously in high school 😭 don’t recommend either try a different locations or store, entirely!

The staff are genuinely good people. They are good at their jobs, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I don't shop anywhere else for the products they carry
