What a great place! A very wide selection of everything smoking! Genesis was the best salesperson that I have dealt with in a very long time. She was very knowledgeable, and after talking a minute She sold me exactly what I was looking for. If you are a smoker, this is your one stop shop.

This place was amazing! The gentlemen assisted me on picking out the best item for my needs. Very helpful, great prices and overall a genuinely good transaction. I highly recommend it for anyone and everyone. Shoutout to the man who works there during the weekdays !

The guy working did me DIRTY, I will never go to this place again! And I think people should know. I went in and bought an item that was marked $35 along with several other items. The price total was a little off, so I ask for a receipt. After walking out the door, I realized they charged me $50 instead of the $35 it was marked. As I walked in the door, without saying a word, the guy looked at me and said "yeah, it was $50 instead of the $35". So he either knew it was higher and didn't say anything, or intentionally marked it up. I told him it was more than I intended to spend and would've have bought it if I knew. I asked him if I could return it or exchange it for a lower priced item. He told me they didn't do returns or exchanges. I told him "but you sold it to me for the wrong price", and he told me sorry for my luck and all sales are final. I then noticed almost nothing is marked with a price there. So be careful, they will mark stuff up at the last minute just to make a profit. They'll tell you one thing and do another. They're not in it for your beat interest. Dirty dirty people.

Visited this store today and received excellent customer service from the employee there. He was patient and informative. I didn't feel rushed and he was attentive. I'll definitely visit this establishment in the near future.

This store is my new favorite in BG. It's very organized, the staff is super friendly, and the entire vibe here is just so chill from the minute you walk in until you leave. 10/10 recommend coming to see Cassie for sure!
