Please save yourself and don't buy anything here. I bought An item that was damaged and didn't work out of the box. They asked me to bring it in to see if it could be fixed, but basically said it's my loss and didn't refund my money or attempt to help. They actually asked me to call police to complain. Keep in mind that I was always very polite and I let trying to find how to resolve this situation. Please don't shop here.....customer service is an afterthought and they ask you to call police. Wow...I'm blown away. These items are made for pennies in China and no schock so we could be damaged, but telling me you would try to fix it, only to not try and refer me to police is unacceptable. Also,to be told I lied about product damage being my fault is far from customer service. I do appreciate the refund for the opened liquid but everything else should be a warning to others.

The owner is honestly one of the nicest, and most understanding people I’ve ever met. She’s always willing to help, and fix any problems someone has with any of her products, and is never in a hurry to get you out the door, and doesn’t get annoyed when you don’t know exactly what you want You come here once to get what you need, but you come back because of her 💕

Love this place so much. If I have a question I message their fb or snap and always get a response. Id love to work for these people. They all seem so great.

Since living in Campbellsville, this has been my favorite vape store in the area. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Really enjoyed talking to the workers there. Clean, relaxed and cool environment with a wide variety of vaping products. Highly recommend!! ❤️

My wife an mother in law came in yesterday an the person was rude sayen my mother in law couldn't buy anything because my wife came in with her an didn't have her ID but she wasn't buying nun my mother in law was rudely asked if wife was even 21 I thought law stated unless person was buying they didn't need there Id my wife been in all vape shops an this one who was rude an wouldn't let mther in law buy anything just cause wife didn't have her iD
