The person there is English was not very good had a communication problem from the start but after about 5 or 6 minutes of Show and Tell was able to complete my business

The one on the left I got at Royal for $12.99. It has a date on it and is two weeks old. The one on the right I got from here yesterday morning, and it's the old packaging and stopped working after one day. I have no idea how old it is. I paid over $18 for it and the guy was rude, didn't say a word to me and just swiped my card at the drive thru without telling me how much it was. This use to be my favorite place but I guess it got new owners, bought flat screens for the drive thru, jacked up their prices and started selling old products. Customer service also went downhill. Never again.

This place had my uncles favorite Skoal, which was great, but most importantly they gave us the best customer service! We needed ice but their machine was broken, so the man at the counter ran to the neighboring restaurant (literally ran!) to get us ice from them. Total sweetie, really helped us out!
