Our experience started on a Sunday morning, my husbands device quit working (not the best way to start a day). So we went on an adventure all across Florence looking for something very specific. We made several phone calls and were with people who had very little knowledge. Then when we were about to give up and buy something he really didn't want. We made one last phone call....Ben answers... he seems knowledgeable enough so we made one last stop. Ben met my husband with patience, knowledge and courtesy. But it went even further beyond the sale. We found exactly what we wanted to buy but got home and there were no instructions. Ben to the rescue again!!!!My husband called. Once again Ben's epic patience steps in....he helped my husband to the best of his ability and did just a fantastic job, it wasn't about the sale. It's truly felt like he wanted to make sure we were taken care of and happy. We had an incredible experience and that is hands down because of Ben's willingness to go above and beyond the realm of his duties. Thanks again, Ben.

This is our new favorite place because they always have what we're looking for. We were going to club vape on Mall Rd but they never had our coils and juices. And had very low choices of products. Seems they're more interested in selling coffee than vape products IMHO. The prices here are comparable to others we've been to and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Even a bit out of our way but worth it due to stock.

Galaxy Vapor is one of those rare gems of places that I always leave feeling even better than when I got there. I've been a happy customer since the opening of their first store in Florence\Burlington 12+years ago. And I am confident that I will continue another 12 and many more. I've always been greeted with a friendly, smiling, and familiar face. They've always been knowledgeable about their vast selection of products. Any issue I've ever had with a product, even through no fault of their own, has been resolved immediately and fairly. And they have even went out of their way to acquire and carry juices that I've recommended. Having a drive-thru is great convenient option for those in a hurry, But I prefer to go inside and be in the company of those who have become like family. I highly recommend You do the same as it's more than just a store, but an entire experience where the good vibes you leave with are complimentary! P. S. Tho the selection is always great and abundant, should they not have exactly what I'm looking for I will go without juice rather than go anywhere else!

Went in there today and Scott was so helpful and helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for and I'd have to say I'm pretty pleased. Would def recommend! Also like the Burlington/Florence location
