I nominate the second shift guy that works the drive thru to be the nicest, helpful EST, honest drive thru attendant for Franklin county. My mom is trying to quit smoking and he answered every question she had ( there was a lot😜) with explanation of each one and he never got aggravated, he actually enjoyed helping her. She talked about how nice he was the hole way home. She actually said ( Now every drive thru person should act like that!) Sorry I don't kno your name buddy but thanks for helping my mom!!

This vape shop is hands down the absolute BEST in Frankfort, Kentucky. From the moment you walk in, the energy is welcoming and genuine — you can tell they actually care about their customers, not just making a sale. They’ve got one of the best selections I’ve seen, with tons of options no matter what you’re into, and the deals are seriously unbeatable. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time stopping in, they make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Matthew and Cowboy are the real MVPs. Both of them are super down to earth, easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful. They’ll break down products for you, answer any questions without making you feel rushed, and still get you in and out quick if you’re on the go. If you’re in the area, this is THE vape shop to hit. Great vibes, great people, and great prices every time.

Love this Place! Good vibes and friendly staff Everytime I go!! Matthew is so helpful with any questions I may have about my products!! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!

Have loved this vape shope since the first time I walked in. Today was really good. I had the pleasure to meet Mathew and he helped me above and beyond. I was looking for a new mod and he answered all my questions and then some. I was struggling as to what juice I was gonna purchase. He made the suggestion of Pinapple express and that is hands-down the best I have tasted in a long time. I think I found my new favorite!!! Thank you Mathew for your excellent service and suggestions today your awesome!!!

Best shop in town! Great selection and prices, always clean and Cowboy is super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when trying to find what you need.
