Went above and beyond to help me. Very nice guy. He even broke something trying to help twice and never even for a second got upset about it or became impatient with my needs. After 45 mins he still helped me and finally put together what I was looking for. Highly recommend this place.

Glasgow Smoke World is a wonderful location that will cover most all of your needs. The store front is always clean and looks fresh. Mo is the BEST! He is super helpful and kind to all the customers I have seen while in the store. Thank you Mo and the Glasgow Smoke World!!

I love going in and seeing Chris's face! He always greets me and helps me with a smile on his face! He's much kinder than the other man working there. Opens the store on time also meanwhile the other man will open hours later. I go specifically on sundays just to have great customer service.

Michael Francis, you can’t buy a smoke mod, pods, and juice, use them for a month, then expect a full refund. There’s also a manufacturer warranty card included inside the mod box for issues like that. Even after all of this, we were understanding and kind enough to offer you a brand new mod. Instead of being appreciative, you decided to come online and bash the shop.

the only time the store is clean is when that white man is there. He is kind and looks trustworthy. I only go on certain days when he is there!
