If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a Cookies pen battery for vaping that was dead upon arrival. Wouldn't charge. Wouldn't turn on. Upon notifying the store within two hours of the purchase (giving time to charge the device), I was told verbatim "Not my problem". No exchanges. No exceptions. Take it up with the manufacturer. When I contacted the manufacturer they informed me it was a knock off and was unable to be covered by warranty. 127 Smoke Shop seems to be very aware they are selling fake products.

Every area needs a good smoke shop and this location is no exception. They have plenty of options for everyone who may be a prospective customer.

Got longhorn mint in tubs and price

Guy working here super nice. Was shocked at what he was selling 😳. But nice store, times are changing.

Love this store!
