The people who work at the one on Reynolds Road is totally cool! They are very helpful and give good recommendations if you ask. There is a great selection. They always have the things that I need and affordable!!

Me an my husband really enjoy this vape store now tht we have went in and got to look around. Good deals and great stuff. Will definitely return

I’m extremely upset about my experience at your Richmond Road store. You raised the price on a vape juice that’s been discontinued since December—charging more than it was before. That’s completely wrong and feels like you’re taking advantage of customers. On top of that, I was the first customer in the store and was ignored while an employee helped someone who came in after me. When I asked about the price, I was met with attitude and dismissiveness. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

With 723 Vapor's vast inventory of mods, ejuice, disposable vapes, etc., in addition to their speedy delivery service, I never find myself without vapes and supplies. Friendly and helpful staff, clean & organized store. Five stars on all aspects.

I shop at this vape store on a regular basis. Not at any 1 particular location. They have an amazing selection but seem to fall short on making business hours a priority. Over a hand full of times through the past year I’ve gone out of my way just to go to one of these stores but found they weren’t even bothering to open the doors that day. Very frustrating. Once I find a company with comparable variety I won’t be returning to 723. Kinda makes you stop wondering why they are already locations.
