The employee went the extra mile to work with me on the price of a vape. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend.

Recently went in to pick up a few items. I was greeted warmly & offered assistance. Not sure of the guys name, big tall guy. Real friendly I was going to get one product and he suggested another I might like better. Turns out, it was. Been in a few others times and the other employees (ladies), are super sweet, always nice to me & my service dog. Good selection would like to see more tobacco products but overall several good experiences.

I've been n there twice & both times I was sold garbage that they wouldn't take back! The owner or manager talked to me like I was shit when i tried explaining what was wrong. The carts leak & the batteriee r garbage!!

This store is SKETCHY!! They have charged me twice for a tip-acting like I put the tip on there, it happened again today. So I ended up paying $50 for 2 vapes that was supposed to cost me $40. So I go back in the store to talk to them and tell them they overcharged me and they agreed but had no way to refund my money. But they had no problem taking it! Said I had to wait a WHOLE WEEK to get my refund!! INSANE! So be careful when you checkout if you’re paying with a card!! UPDATE: So the day came for me to go get my refund from where the mysterious $8.47 tip was taken off my card at checkout without my permission. I get in store and the first employee was like you’re not welcome in this store anymore. She called someone and told her I was there so she comes in store and says we’re not giving you your money back! You posted a negative review on google an we don’t want you back in the store because of that. AND we’re not giving the refund back either. After I was promised I would get it back. Why would I give a tip just to go thru all this to take it back. Never once got an apology. Never said anything, just attitudes. As if I done something wrong. Vape stores are a dime a dozen should not have to be treated this way. Terrible mgmt., if that’s what you call her. If you shop this store use cash!!

I have been here many times and each time they bent over backwards to help. The stock rotates well and they always have cool products come in. Im headed there today. I would recommend them. They really do the best they can. Thanks to you all.
