Love this place

Wonderful customer service. Only complaint is new kid didnt kmow what keys went to what and there was a child and another grown person sitting behind the counter. The other adult just played on their phone while he struggled until he gave up. I then had to wait for the piercer to have a second to come help me while the all sat and played on their phones. The child being in there made things quite uncomfortable.

Absolutely amazing! My friends and I walked in and everyone was so sweet. Gracie pierced both my ear lobes for $50, jewelry included! (one if my friends got her industrial and it was $75 including jewelry) Definitely will be coming back for more 🙂‍↕️🫶🏽

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance, came 20 minutes early for paperwork. When my appointment time hit, the piercer was still not there due to traffic. Okay, understandable. 15 more minutes, What wasn't was telling me the person who had a walk in while I was waiting for my appointment was before me because it was "just a jewlery change". No im not about to wait an additional 30 minutes for a later piercer and for a walk in to take my spot. Appointments are Appointments for a reason. If you don't value my time and money enough to honor that then I'll go to someone who does. And I did. I went right down the street to Pain is Beautiful and got in and out with a great experience and lower price for the piercing over all. I had been intending on bring friends for piercings after I experienced Purple Haze but I've switch my focus to Pain is Beautiful and we are going there tomorrow for more piercings.

Came in here today, place is such a vibe & feels nostalgic. Dustan is so cool too & didnt care to answer my 100+ questions, haha. 10/10 best smoke shop around
