I’ve been coming to this shop for almost two years, and it’s the only vape store I’ll go to. Their point system is great — every time I use my phone number, I usually get at least a dollar off, and the rewards add up fast. The customer service is what really sets this place apart. Everyone who works here is genuinely kind and helpful. Just last night, I stopped in to see if they sold headache medicine, and the employee gave me some for free. That kind of care is rare.They also offer a free drink of your choice if you write a review, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I love this place, their point system, and the people who work here. Thank you all for the consistently great service — I really appreciate you.

It is first noteworthy that Smoke City has a 4.9 Google rating with 225 public reviews. This, in and of itself, it virtually unheard of and speaks a 5000 word essay on all of Smoke City's positive attributes.

They have everything you need in vapes. The prices are decent. But not if you're low income. I love the variety!

I like going to this Vape store as it is right by my house. The biggest issue for me is that their hours of operations that is posted on the door and on here it shows that they open at 8am. Just from my own personal experiences multiple times over the last 2-3 weeks they've never been open at 8am. I've tried going by at least 4 or 5 times and they're never there and never open. What a shame. Other than that it's a great vape shop but not being open for business at the posted times is a pretty big failure in my opinion. Not a good look at all.
