I will never shop at this or any Magic Vapor shops again! How RUDE can you be? I was new to vapes and bought a couple of them from this place, along with extra tanks. So, I was checking out flavors and buying new ones to use. Some woman working there talking about me in a smart tone, saying I was in there daily, as if it (I) was a problem... HELLO I was spending money every trip in... I guess they don't like making sales. No need to worry about me coming in there so much now!!! How about never...

A little more expensive but the best choice of vape juice in town other shops dont have it.

They never have anything anymore. Used to be a good place. But now they are always out of juice. I will add that the employees there are wonderful.

Employee's are great, I've not had one rude or dishonest experience. I didn't rate 5 star's because item's are extremely overpriced. As a means to stop smoking it's just as expensive if not more considering prices of liquids and tanks. If prices were cheaper I'd give 5 star's.

This is a very difficult review for me to write, I don't like writing bad reviews. I have been a loyal customer to the London magic vapor for 5 years. I've never purchased any of my supplies any place else. I had recently purchased a new mod from them because I was hoping to find something that had a battery that would get me through the day without charging. The problem is that I had to have it turned down so low that the hotter coil doesn't fire properly. The kit I purchased came with lower watt coils, but the manager insisted the hotter coils work but they don't. When I insisted they don't fire, he told me I should buy them online or take my business elsewhere. When I asked to speak to another employee about it this guy bowed up and claimed to be the manager and told me I should leave. Refused to refund for coils that won't work for my mod, he said if I hadn't been rude he would have refunded. I was not being rude. I've never had them refund for anything not even defective products. So I will oblige him and take my business elsewhere. Another employee knows i was having trouble with the coils not firing at a lower setting. I am still within my 45 day return for defective product. So if this mod is defective I guess I'm stuck with it. 80 bucks lost. They most likely wouldn't have replaced it. If your loyal to them don't count on them being loyal to you. I have found the correct coils for my mod online at a better price and also found that there is another vape shop closer to me that carries what I need. So it's a win win for me. Magic vapor of London was out of my way but I was loyal.
