Came here to pick up some cigars for my friends and I found something I liked and the gentleman running the place was very friendly. I, forgot to grab a lighter and he was very generous to provide me one. I will come back.

showed up after getting off work i got there at 8:35 to locked doors while the website says closing at 9 very irritating due to trying to go home and this being the most convenient shop

Staff is great! If they don't have what you're looking for they will find you the closests thing they have to the product you want.

Cloud 9 Smoke Shop is hands down one of the best smoke shops in Louisville! They have a fantastic selection of glass, vapes, and accessories at great prices. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help find exactly what you need. The shop is clean, well-organized, and it has great prices. Highly recommend!

Nice stuff, good prices, clean, and incredibly friendly
