Stopped by too get some pods an juices, around 1030am 3/11/2026. I asked for pods an 2x juices of the pistachio cannoli 50mg guy at the counter an only one in the shop got me the pods but only gave me 1 juice an was the wrong MG, he gave me a 25mg. The guy seemed spaced out not real helpful, and didn't even give me what I asked for!

My boyfriend and I went in on a Friday night (12-13-24) and the gentleman working was an absolute gem. I was looking for a new, complete mod setup with juice. From beginning to end, the man (whose name I didn't get) was beyond helpful, informed and professional. Before I left, he had my new mod set up and ready for me to use out the door. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this store!

Okay I can speak for the outer loop store this is for the Taylorsville Road store I don't know how it got brought up from my GPS because I've never been there but it says I have and I had already posted this post and then I looked and it said Taylorsville Road so again I can speak for the outerloop store and from just listening to their customers just about any Derby eCigs shop has Very friendly staff very reasonable prices on their juice and not to mention their selection of juice and quality is awesome a nice place to go and just hang out and see and chill and talk with people I highly recommend the store this is the only Derby eCigs vape shop I've been to it takes me about 20 minutes to go to the one on the Outer Loop but I would also like to get out to the other ones and see what they have going on but my local the only thing I wish they would carry more mods newer tanks because I know there are things that I would like to buy from Derby but they don't have so I have to go to Vapor lab and I don't like doing that but when you need something in your local Vape Shop doesn't have it and there's one two minutes down the road from your local are you going to do without or go down the road and get what you need! That's my only complaint as I think they need to keep up with the newer devices tanks Exedra

Used to by my vape and juice online . All of a sudden they wouldn’t ship my menthol juice to Ky. Looked online and found this place . So glad I did .. staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are great . I would definitely recommend for all your vaping needs .

Fantastic service and offers delivery! Great selection. Thank you so much! I will be sure to buy again when I’m back in Louisville!
