I'm so disappointed in the customer service. At first they were very helpful at helping me purchase the vapes I wanted, contacting other stores to transfer what I wanted to a location close to me but this time has been so poor. Don't tell me something will be transferred in the next day or so if that is not going to be possible. Honesty is always the best policy. Now almost a week later and no one seems to know what the problem or hold up is. So due to the inability to help me and find a solution, I moved on to a business that had what I was looking for and very helpful, friendly and made me feel like I was important. So sad, and I really don't like leaving negative reviews because there is plenty of negativity in this crazy world but someone up the food chain needs to know what has taken place!

Only offered two types of cart batteries both screw on, very very small inventory to choose from, if you don’t know if this place will have it, they probably won’t, try somewhere else

Prices were extremely reasonable and Jessica was helpful, courteous, and cheerful. I use CBD from time to time, but will be recovering from a surgery soon and she was able to help point out products that would best suit my personal needs during that time.

Excellent shop and Excellent service. I'm a veteran with severe PTSD and they were able to quickly find me hemp products that immediately alleviated all of my symptoms let me get back to my life. I bought several products from them and they're all excellent top-notch and affordable. They also have a ton of other Vape stuff that I know other people get into and it look like they had everything you could want with that.

Absolutely the best vape shop in Louisville. Their employees are awesome and will do everything they can to make customers happy. During the snow and ice storm this past winter I couldn't get out because of disability and they delivered a vape to me!! I'm a loyal customer now!!!!!
