I shop here often and they usually take good care of me. I had an issue with a leaking pen and the woman helped resolve it, but another item I had that was defective wasn’t replaced. Even so, I rarely have problems with anything I buy here, and overall they’ve been good to me.

Only store I get my vapes from. GREAT prices, friendly people. Most of the time I get great service! The only thing about them I do not like is, they close at 12am, even their website says 12am... They are almost ALWAYS closing early with no reason behind it. I understand that is a late time, but you shouldn't advertise that time if you all are going to close an hour or more before hand. I work late so the time is perfect for me, but I couldn't get a vape tonight and I badly needed one, due to them closing EARLY. That's bad business.

Great customer service as being helpful IN PERSON. No way to contact them via telephone though & the guy working right this second at 2:30pm Friday September 27th just allowed me to pay for a detox drink and a vape running me 40$ just for me to get home and not have my vape in my bag, no receipt or a way to call!!!
