False advertisement. It says everything in the store buy 2 get 1 free and you go in, it’s on select things. Terrible customer service. I ended up walking out and not buying anything. Plenty of smoke shops on every corner. I pointed out his sign saying everything in the store and he got belligerent with me.

I love trippys. Literally every location has awesome staff that's super nice and helpful. My absolute favorite is the one on hurstbourne because dude with the curly hair and general good vibes, I've never had a bad experience any of the four trippys locations I frequent around Louisville though and they're affordable and always have what I want in stock or if I don't really know what I want for something they'll go out of their way to like show me everything and make sure I'm super happy with what I pick and like I just highly recommend overall

Went a few days ago for the first time. Huge selection with a little bit of everything. Gentlemen helped us immediately upon entering. He was a very helpful and nice guy. Will be going back.

I can tell you right now after being to this location many MANY times (as well as others) the one star review was NOT warranted. It's understandable to be disappointed and frustrated by things not going the way they planned, but there's a certain amount of personal responsibility that goes into making purchases, like research, and making SURE you can find coils for your vapes, checking the expiration dates yourself to be sure everything is fine. (because accidents happen and we're all human?) To be fair I haven't purchased vape products from them, but I still maintain my thoughts on the matter. Sounds like dude made a purchase without doing their due diligence and are blaming the store. Personally, I LOVE Trippy's, and I'm even going over there today. They will ALWAYS get my business.
