Absolutely unacceptable and blatantly discriminatory experience at Double Up Smoke and Vape in Madisonville. The moment I walked in, the employee asked where I was from. Thinking it was a normal question, I answered that I’m originally from India. Without hesitation, he immediately told me to get out of the store. No explanation, no reason—just “get out right now.” When I asked what the problem was, he refused to answer and kept repeating himself in a rude and hostile tone. It was clear I was being singled out based on my background. This is not just bad customer service—this is outright discrimination. No one should be treated this way for simply existing and walking into a business. It’s shocking that a place like this is allowed to operate while treating people with such blatant disrespect. I strongly urge others to avoid this store. Businesses that treat customers like this do not deserve support.

Bought a vape for 80 dollars it’s having a software issue still works but the screen goes funky called the brand they told me to bring it back to the store he looks at proceeds to burn my coil up in it by just holding the button then says can do anything you dropped I have not dropped it and have not even had it a month I will not do Business with this place ever again beware they will try to push and rip you off
