I called to see if the store had a particular product before I made a trip. A guy answered the phone and was extremely hateful and rude. Yelling at me and talking to me like I was stupid because he didnt get a response from me when he asked what I needed. Mind you my phone had hit a dead spot and lost service for a minute. He was aggressive and hostile and for no reason should you speak to customers like that. I called the Paducah store and they contacted the owner. Apparently theyre going to allow their employees to disrespect customers because nothing will be done about it. I wont be back. Ill tell everyone I can to go anywhere but here. The guy was tall and skinny with blondish spiky hair and covered in tattoos. Dude has a real hair trigger. Be warned.

Atmosphere inside the shop is great! It's small but cozy and inviting, my favorite vape space in the area! Owner has great taste in juice, they have rotating weekly specials, and he has lots of clearance deals on hardware too. They genuinely care for their customers and are in it for the long haul. The owner told me I was welcome to come in just to hang out and chat, just down to earth people running a small but awesome shop. Conveniently located on Cuba Road across the street from Kiwanis Park, in the brick building that used to be the seamstress. I will go back during the day soon to take a picture of the exterior, Google Street View doesn't know which specific building it is.
